Online Appointments

Financial support

GP Care Plans: 

If you have a chronic health condition (e.g. diabetes) your GP may be able to give you a care plan and up to 5 appointments subsidised by Medicare for $60.35 per appointment. These 5 appointments are shared between all allied health – for example Physiotherapist, Podiatrist etc. So please check with your GP.

Eating Disorder Care Plans: 

These are available from your GP and provide a subsidy of $60.35 per visit for up to 20 visits. They are based on the outcome of a questionnaire available at https://insideoutinstitute.org.au/resource-library/eating-disorder-examination-questionnaire-ede-q . This can be done online and printed / emailed to your GP or completed as a paper version and given to your GP.  The care plan also gives you up to 40 subsidised appointments with a psychologist. Feel free to contact me if you or your GP requires further information or support.

Private Health Insurance:

Check with your provider to see if you have coverage for Dietitian appointments. I will provide you with a receipt so you can get a refund from your provider.

NDIS:

You may be eligible for dietetic support within your NDIS plan. I do not have an NDIS number. I can provide dietetic services if you are self managed or plan managed only. I cannot receive payment via NDIS if your plan is Agency Managed. 

If you require documentation to support your NDIS funding application to receive dietetic support, I can supply this for you. Please contact me to discuss your specific requirements so that I can let you know a fee for this service based on the simplicity or complexity of the case.
